Upcoming IRRS Annual Meeting

The 2025 IRRS annual Meeting will take place on the 3rd and 4th of April, in the Imperial Hotel, Dundalk. The meeting will begin at lunchtime on the 3rd to facilitate travel, with an optional conference dinner at the hotel that night.

Registration

The meeting is open to society members with a registration fee of €25/£21, with a contribution of €15/£12 towards the conference dinner if attending. To register to attend this meeting, please complete the registration form.

Your membership must be up-to-date to register for the meeting, this can be completed and paid (€24/£20 for full members, €12/£10 for students) during the meeting registration at the link above.

Abstract submission

Abstract submission for presentation at the meeting is currently open, offering a valuable opportunity for researchers and students to share their work. Please submit abstracts (max 300 words), including authors and affiliations, to irrscommittee@gmail.com with 'IRRS 2025 Abstract' in your e-mail subject. A template document is available here. The closing date for abstract submissions will be the 14th of February 2025.

Accommodation

A discounted rate of €115 room only/€135 B&B double occupancy has been arranged with the Imperial Hotel for the night of the 3rd April. To avail of this, please contact the hotel directly and confirm the booking is in relation to the IRRS meeting.
